These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the InvoiceSnap website at toseni.com and the InvoiceSnap software ("Product"), which are provided by Toseni LLC ("Toseni", "we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Product

InvoiceSnap is a browser-based invoice generator delivered as a self-contained web application. It runs entirely on your device; your invoice data is processed locally in your browser and is not transmitted to or stored by us. The Product is sold as a one-time purchase and includes updates as described on our site at the time of purchase.

2. License

Upon purchase, Toseni grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal or business invoicing purposes on the devices you control. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly host the Product, nor remove any proprietary notices.

3. Pricing and Payment

The Product is offered for a one-time price of US$19 unless otherwise stated. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

4. Delivery

After a successful payment, we email a secure download link to the address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive it, check your spam/promotions folder or contact us at hello@toseni.com and we will resend it.

5. Refunds

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Product or website for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer for redistribution, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you create. The Product does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toseni LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Product shall not exceed the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
