How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@toseni.com from (or referencing) the email address you used at checkout.
  2. Include your order/receipt details if you have them — it helps us find your purchase faster.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, your license to use the Product ends.
