This Privacy Policy explains how Toseni LLC ("Toseni", "we", "us") handles information in connection with the InvoiceSnap website (toseni.com) and Product. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

The app processes your data locally

InvoiceSnap runs entirely in your browser. The invoice content you enter — your business details, clients, and line items — stays on your device and is never uploaded to or stored by us.

Information we collect

• Purchase information. When you buy the Product, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details and email address to process the transaction. We receive your email address and limited transaction information (such as the last four digits and status of a payment). We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Order delivery. We use Brevo to email your receipt and secure download link to the address used at checkout.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may automatically record standard technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) for security and reliability.

How we use information

• To deliver the Product and process your purchase
• To provide customer support and process refunds
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers that make the Product work — namely Stripe (payments), Brevo (email delivery), and Netlify (hosting) — and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.

Cookies and tracking

We do not load third-party advertising cookies, pixels, or trackers on our site. Our checkout provider (Stripe) may set cookies that are necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Advertising measurement

If you reach our site by clicking one of our online ads, the ad platform may add a click identifier (for example, Google's gclid) to the link. We store that identifier in your browser's local storage — not a third-party cookie — and, only if you make a purchase, associate it with your order so we can measure how our ads perform. It is first-party: we do not use it to build a profile of you and we do not sell it. We may report resulting conversions back to the ad platform to reconcile ad performance. If you don't purchase, it is never sent to us; you can also clear it any time via your browser's site data.

Data retention

We retain purchase and transaction records for as long as necessary to provide support and to meet legal and tax requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.

Third-party policies

Payments are handled by Stripe and email by Brevo; their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Children

The Product is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
